Would Romneycare be worse than Obamacare?

The thing is Romney said that he wanted national mandated government healthcare and loved being contacted by Obama because of the healthcare he created in Massachusetts. His healthcare in Massachusetts is almost exactly the same as Obamacare, so literally Obamacare should probably been called Romneycare in the first place.
