NDAA's Indefinite Detention is Falling Apart?

Today Federal Judge Katherine Forrest blocked the indefinite detentions part of the NDAA.

This newly appointed Judge stated “The vagueness of Section 1021 (of 2012's NDAA) does not allow the average citizen, or even the government itself, to understand with the type of definiteness to which our citizens are entitled, or what conduct comes within its scope.”

Also today Ron Paul endorsed the Smith-Amash Amendment which will repeal section 1022 of 2012's National Defence Authorization Act.

So with Ron Paul and Obama appointed Judge Katherine Forrest coming against fascism; will America's Republic be Restored?
