James Holmes Doesn't Remember!!!

James Holmes the suspected shooter of the Movie Massacre may now cause the story to change completely.

James Holmes who hasn't talked to police since telling them that he rigged his apartment; this key factor then caused the Movie Massacre shooting to be a federal police issue instead of a local police issue.

But now, James Holmes has came over his "Zombie" state and is stating he doesn't know why he is in jail.

One of the jail workers is claiming James Holmes is asking "Why am I here?".

The same worker then says “He’s (James Holmes) claiming his belly hurts him,” the jail worker then explains “He complained once that he didn’t like the food . . . The guy killed 12 people, and he’s upset that he’s not getting a four-star meal?”.

Now I bet you noticed the jail worker said "The guy killed 12 people,"; this is not a fact at this time. Right bow James Holmes is innocent and anyone who works in a jail should know the first rule in law, everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

So did James Holmes kill "12 people"?

Well the court will decide this, but the most important thing right now is to see that James Holmes is at the least confused on why he is a prisoner. This is sometime the police should explain to him.

The police should tell James Holmes: "You are charged for killing 12 people and injuring many others.", instead of what is probably happening which is this worker screaming 'You killed 12 people, and you want a 4 star meal!'.
