Earlier this year, A Judge struck down the Indefinite Detention part of the NDAA; saying that Indefinitely Detaining anyone and yet alone, American citizens is unconstitutional.
This is a power in the bill that Obama even stated, when he signed the bill; that he would never use.
If Obama would never use this new power given to him, why would he now be suing to make it law?
The TRUTH is Obama is going to use the Indefinite Detention section of the NDAA on American Citizens and anyone, anywhere else.
Obama wouldn't fight for a law, he personally wouldn't want to use.
Who would have White House lawyers fight for a section of a law that you stated should never be used?
Obama's hypocritical actions are yet again exposed. Obama sees "We The People" as Enemies of the State; as the NDAA also wages war against all American Citizens.
The NDAA made America considered a Battlefield and now our President wants the power to jail you forever without a trial.
And when you ask for a lawyer, you will be told to SHUT UP!!!
