3,000(+) votes missing in North Dakota

So after Super Tuesday, were you thinking that voting in America was working better; well then you would be wrong.

North Dakota according to CNN has 3,584 votes missing; this is 24% of the vote. This is very shocking as Ron Paul is in second with only 1,324 votes inbetween him and Santorum.

So with this many votes missing, this is way worse than Iowa and Maine.

3,000 votes would change the whole entire outcome.
